Ferris IS2100Z cutting quality

I have a is2100z mower and with brand new blades or freshly sharpened blades and the quality of the cut is terrible. So many blades of grass go uncut and it takes 2-3 passes to finally get most of the grass cut. Any ideas?
 
Driving too fast and not allowing the blades of grade to come back up prior to going under the blades. Also the blades could be on upside down. Some types of grass don't recover very fast and will go uncut especially during certain times of year. Also is the uncut grass corresponding with the wheel tracks.
 
Make sure that your deck is adjusted correctly. It should be level side to side and 1/8" higher than the front.
 
My 52" IS2100Z would mow terribly with the deck raised at the rear. After adjusting the deck over and over I finally set it flat (out of frustration) and now with the deck level, it mows great! No more stragglers, gouges or uneven strips in my mowing passes. It's worth a shot.
