Just purchased an old Tanaka brush cutter, and it has to be the stoutest line trimmer that I've ever used. I think it's a 50cc model, dual handle, with an odd collar that separates the motor and shaft assembly for kickback and vibration purposes I'm guessing. Seems exceptionally well built, with a Walbro slide style carburetor that I've only seen on small dirtbikes. I'm hoping that it'll last a while, once fixed up. Anybody else use/used their products?

I've had a Tanaka string trimmer with a bush blade for 5 years now. It starts every time and no trouble at all. Recommend
that you look at them.
Cheers
