eXmark 36 inch - deck adjustment

I was just given this mower to use for the season and I notice the front of the deck has a slight slope down from the back of the deck/machine.

Some one had told me it should have a slight slope towards the front because it works better at discharging the cut grass. I would have thought the deck should be 100% level.

Please let me know what the corrcet position of the cutting deck should be.

the front of the deck should be 1/4- 1/2 inch lower then the rear
