Maybe...but she's using oil pretty badly and smoking and it sgrugg,struggles, to Rev up from idle and it'll try to ztall when quickly putting it at idle

Also before this it only said that happens to OHV while this is a flathead motor but I'm not positive on that

That carb has the fuel pump built into the carb. and the diaphragm could have a hole in it drawing fuel into the crank case. Did you change the oil? It could be too thin and getting past the rings and causing it to smoke and use oil. It could also be the crank case breather blowing oil into the carb. through the breather tube.
