Engine Swap Toro SR4 Model 20055 (Briggs to Kawasaki)

I'm desperate for some help. I have a Toro SR4 that originally had a Briggs model #125K02-0189 E1. I have mowed with it for a good 7 years and it has finally tanked on me. The deck is really in great shape still and I was trying to get a good motor to replace it with instead of buying a new one. I was looking at the Kawasaki FJ180V and would really like to go with that motor. Can anyone out there help me figure out if its possible and if not, any suggestions that would work.
