Engine Starts After Cleaning but goes to Max RPM and want slow down. 310707-0137-E1

Apparently, it was a bent carb linkage. I put a new one on and it runs fairly well. Now after 30 or 40 minutes of running fine, it studders and cut off but starts right back up and runs good for a while and studders and stops again. I wonder what would cause that!?
 
That is a symptom of an electrical fault
So pop an in line spark tester on the engine .
When it starts to play up watch the tester when the engine fails
If it continues to flash while the motor is slowing down to a stop it is a fuel fault
If it stops flashing before the engine stops spinning then it is electrical fault
LEt us know what you find for further tests / instructions
