Can anyone tell me if these mowers all have the same engines ? They look just alike and all the parts like carbs, mufflers, cables seem to interchange. The one to the left is a 10415, the next is a 19" with no numbers that I can see, and the last is a 10520 self propelled.

10415 and 10520 have the same internal parts and the cylinder/case is the same and both carbs have the same assy number.

Appreciate the reply, is it likely that the 19" is a smaller size displacement due to the smaller deck ? And is there a way to repaint the deck and the paint stay on ? Like a Zinc oxide primer or something ?

Thanks,

19 or 21 inch lawn boy used the same engine. Yes, you need the proper primer and zinc chromate is the right primer.
