So you are looking for a commercial grade mower? Not a residential one? (like Cub Cadet's 33" Scag makes a 32", as well as Gravely and Toro. Not sure if they're electric start, but they ARE 32".

If you want a 32", you can get the Toro/Exmark 30's for cheaper like jekjr said (not saying I recommend them, because I have never used one), or you can jump up 4 inches to a 36" mower, where you get a larger choice of brands to choose from because that is a more standard deck width most manufacturers offer. Unless you want a 32" because of gate size.

We use a Time Master 30". The one we have is not electric start but normally always cranks on the first pull. They make it in electric start though. Ours is in it's second season and has done us a good job.
