Drive belt is rubbing...

Can anyone PLEASE help with information as to why the drive belt is rubbing against what seems like a vent for the transmission on a Hustler fastrack 42 mini z model 927350....Put a new drive belt and its still rubbing....Also how much oil is needed in each transmission....Thanks

Look through your Owners Manual & always use Hustler OEM Parts.

Each IZT needs up to 79 fluid ounces (2336 ml.) of new 20w50 motor oil. This should put the oil level approximately
1⅞" (48 mm) from the top of the housing. This should be checked at the fill port.
