Double posting of replies is happening again along with delays

This system gremlin keeps coming back and disrupting the posts. Click to post a reply and it shows twice. That and it is creating page delays.

Okay. I'll check the logs, did it happen at a particular time of day? Or is it intermittent?

It happened 2 times just before I posted the problem at 8:55 CST here in South Texas.
