need help trying to move disabled exmark quest what steps need to be done? its inside garage need to leave it outside for the dealer to pick up

Should be a pin behind somewhere to be able to disengage the trans and push it.

it has two they look like thin wires are they the ones?

1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage
the blade control switch.
2. Move the motion control levers outward to
neutral position, engage parking brake, stop the
engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving
parts to stop before leaving the operating position.
3. Locate the bypass release knobs on either side of
the engine deck (Figure 19).
