Dixie Chopper drive questions

I found what some have said is the model # sticker, and it has 17101226. I can't find anything that says that's a model number. The sticker is on the frame by the right front wheel. It's a Kohler 25hp powered mower made in 2016. I can't find anything that says it's a model number. Any suggestions? I'll be able to check tomorrow

Can anyone point me to owner's manual? I want to see what maintenance needs to be done for the drive system. It's not my mower, but I use it twice a month to cut a 5 acre property, so I spend some time with this machine. The drive levers have been feeling funny, like there are dead spots. It's easy enough to work around by using the other side, but I'd like to clean it up. It doesn't do it all the time, it seems to come and go.

Should I be looking to change hydraulic fluid, flush air, or what?

MParr, the number I got is from the sticker in the second pic from your link. I will look again for the other one.

Sorry about that the serial number for the Eagle and Black Hawk are on the left frame rail between seat tower and the left front wheel. Z2 is on the frame rail next to the right front wheel. How big a mower is it? Here it list all mowers https://www.dixiechopper.com/owners-manuals/

The Model of the mowers are usually on the seat tower frame between your feet. Could be a Magnum

It looks like a Magnum. That's definitely a Kohler Confidant engine.
If it is, the transmissions will be Hydro Gear ZT 3200. Look for spin on filters on each transmission.

Yes, it is the Confidant engine. I'll be looking at it tomorrow. I expect replacing those filters would be a good idea. I don't know how long my buddy has owned it, but I've been cutting his grass for years, and I don't think it's been done. I work with him on lots of stuff. I'll look for the model designation tomorrow, and there's one sticker I couldn't read, will try cleaning it. Luckily, the machine works great in general. It's just a little funky maneuvering from a stop.

Go to the Hydro Gear website and look up the servicing procedure for the ZT3200; transmissions. Also, make sure that you get hydraulic filters. Do not substitute automotive engine oil filters. You will need 20W50 oil.
