I have a 2008 diesel z with digital fuel gauges that are inop. I am not familiar with this type of set up. It appears that the senders that are mounted in the bottom of the tank have 5 sensors in the tank, five wires coming off each. I assumed that each of the 5 sensor nodes has its own wire and senses when fuel is at that nodes level. I wired up five LED's to the five negative side wires with all plus side of the led's to the 12 volt side. I am showing 3 of the 5 lights. have not burned off any fuel or added any, so i really don't know if i am on the right track or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
