Deck vibration

I recently rebuilt my mower deck. Spindles, blades and belt. After doing so my mower vibrates horribly when I engage the mower deck. I have sent out for replacement spindles because I noticed a little egg shaped travel when spinning by hand. The question is, is the idler pulley bracket supposed to have excessive play up and down? If not what part or parts do I need

The blades show to have aa star center for alignment to the tip of the spindles. Are they properly seated? Because they do present a challenge at times to get them correct.

Are both the spindles tight to the deck housing? Any cracks in the deck housing where the spindles go.

There should be little to no play in idlers, tensioner pulley, and spindles. Sometimes a new bushing or additional spring will mostly fix excessive play in the tensioner pulley bracket/arm.
