Damage blower

Have Ryobi ,back pack blower, Py 38 pd ,had two years . It suddenly stopped ,went to restart ,pull cord won't move . Took off cover ,and noticed that the fan looked slanted . So I took off the bottom ,and noticed the plastic was crack all around the fan . Has anyone seen this before ?
