Looks like i Need a welch plug for the carburetor. Came in running iffy, and noticed it's missing one and id like to install it before i reinstall it. Can't find it in the IPL without a kit. Anyone know where i Can I get just a welch plug?

I did find this stens kit,

7/16 plug, which Is .437".. the hole measures .440"​

Okay, well now I need a throttle shaft kit... still surging and I've got air coming through the shaft. Runs fine if I give it carb cleaner at the throttle shaft... I figured it would be a problem.
I'm not seeing one on the Kohler IPL.

Yeah, Walbro doesn't provide parts for carbs they build for Kohler. You have to get the parts from Kohler. Would you be able to provide the number right off the carb? It will be 12 053 and two more digits.
