CubCadet Zero Turn RT 42S starting issue

The battery is fully charged and the engine has been running for 10 mins. Turn off engine, wait 2 min and upon re-start there is an issue.
The video indicates an electronic squeal during a no start condition.
Starter or solenoid?

Depending on engine model I would be checking the valve clearances. Sounds like compression release not working correctly.

Thanks, I will ask the lawn mower shop to adjust the valves first before tearing into the electrical system. This is a Kohler KT-725 command 7000 series engine. The Cub Cadet is a 2017 model.

An update.
They said one of cylinder’s exhaust valve clearance was .011 . Specification I believe is .005. I hope this is the problem with the automatic compression release.
They said it was fixed. I will see in the next couple of weeks.
