Left side transaxle part number 618-04164
Got it used with no movement from the left transaxle. Got some fluid in it and got it to move, but it does move a bit slower than the right side. It also has some chatter or eight gravely feel at times. Noticed when I had the rear wheels up, and was bleeding it, that the wheel was wobbling. Looks like it may be the axle.
Going to pull it and open it up and see what parts I may need to fix it. But depending on cost for parts it may be cheaper and easier to swap another transaxle on. Does anyone know other models or part numbers that would swap for the left side? There's a couple transaxles near me for sale for a couple hundred dollars but one for a Toro.
