Apply a light coat of anti-seize to the crankshaft PTO end before you put the new one on and tighten the bolt up.

Might want to check the upper drive pulley while you are under the machine flogging and cussing.. (if it's your machine) If not just get er dun)
It's probably needs some anti-seize also.

It is a customer's machine and that pulley is stuck too so I am not going to bother with that one.
