Cub Cadet SLTX 1054 hydrostatic issue

I'm looking at a Cub SLTX 1054 with intermittent hydro problems, as the present owner describes it. It's a 2010 model , and I'm not sure what transmission it has yet. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Intermittant problems generally are due to air in the system , low oil or overheating oil
