Cub Cadet RZT 50

Hello All,
New to Forum; My RZT 50, I just put a new starter on it and it still will just try to engage the engine not turning over. The cable is getting very Hot at the starter and Solenoid, any one have any ideas on what i need to fix this?

sounds like you need heavier battery with a higher cranking amp

Check all ground cables and straps starting with battery. Then check hot wires to starter making sure they are not contacting frame, etc.

Remove spark plugs and turn over engine with a 5/8 wrench at PTO To see if it will roll over. You will be checking o Hydros and the engine.
