CUB CADET HDS2135 ELECTRICAL ISSUE?

My HDS2135 will start but the PTO won't engage when the knob is lifted. also no lights, and it won't shut down when awitch is turned off. I have to pull the plug wire to shut down.

Test PTO & Ignition Switches with multimeter or test light.

I replaced the ignition switch with no success,because it appeared to be the only common point for all three issues, those being:
(1) The PTO won't engage; (2) The lights won't come on; and (3) While the tractor will start, it won't shut down without pulling the plug wire.

If anyone has suggestion I am open to it.

See shut down circuit page 108 in your manual above. Troubleshooting is section 4.1.

Sounds like a blown ground fuse.
