Cub cadet gt2554 pto belt

I have a 2007 Cub Cadet gt2542 for. The PTO belt on the OEM diagram shows two different belt sizes but does not explain why there is a 3-inch difference. Can anyone shed any light on this? I got a new belt and it's way too loose guessing the 111 in version is what I really need I don't see any kind of belt tensioner on the PTO belt and pulley system

Okay which belt are you needing? The engine to deck belt or the deck belt that goes around the three spindles.

Blade belt is PN 954-04137B 114.25
Engine to Deck is PN 954-04055 111-3/8 Another term this system is Mule drive.

Also pulley that turn from vertical to horizontal are spring loaded
