Cub Cadet 2166 Muffler Question

Hello there,

This may be a dumb question but I am new to this. I needed to replace my PTO clutch on my Cub Cadet which meant taking the muffler off. Of course the bolts snapped off in the process so I purchased a used muffler off ebay. When I got it the exhaust pipe is kinked. Is there any way to open it up?! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please see attached photos..image1.jpegIMG_0051.jpg
 
Do you think it would be fine to install the way it is? I don't really care about the appearance, as long as it works and doesn't do any damage its fine with me.
