Craftsman VT3000 problem help!!!! I'm a girl lol

Hi boys, my daddy got this mower and I was trying to mow the lawn and it was doing fine at first.... but all of a sudden it just stopped going forward...I can't go forward nor backward. THe motor is running fine however. It's still running as always but it just won't move lol. I saw a thing in the back which is like a little iron rod that you can pull out I tried pulling it back and forth and STILLLLL nothing. I have a LOT of yard work to do before I run off to college. I'd appreciate any help what so ever! I'd ask the guys next store but lol I'd rather not unless I HAVEEE to :tongue:

I would start by getting down and looking up inside the frame for the belt that runs from the engine back to the transmission. I would say either it came off one of the pulleys or has broken.
