Craftsman T 3600 Reverse Linkage

I have a 23 horsepower tractor with hydrostat. Forward works great but reverse I have to use the corner of my heel and push really hard to get the tractor to back up.

I assume there is linkage somewhere to adjust but I have not been able to figure out where.

Any help would be appreciated.
