New spark plug.
New air filter.
Clean carb (but not the nozzles).
Could not find an adjustment screw. Is there supposed to be one?

Motor starts every time when spray starter fluid, and runs fine afterwards.

Does NOT start (ever) without starter fluid.

Check "on the carb", that the choke butterfly completely closes when you move your throttle control to start or choke. This is a common repair.

No choke or start. Just that 'automatic' rod coming from the engine to control rpm.
Butterfly seems to be wide open when motor off.
