Craftsman Mower With Rough Idle

Hi, first time on this forum and first time lawnmower owner...haha.

I have a used Craftsman Platinum 7.25 mower and all of a sudden started having idle issues. The mower will start but seems to be running really rough and has a lower than normal idle. It just started happening out of the blue. I check the air filter and it looks pretty clean. The gas is only about 2 months old but did not add stabilizer. Spark plug looks ok as well. Not sure what else to do. I am pretty handy so would love to fix myself, just not sure what else to look at.

If you think some Carb cleaner could help? What kind?

Try running some B12 chemtool through the gas tank. Get it in a pour bottle.
Ive used that stuff in all my small engines when idling gets rough and it clears it up after running alittle while
