J jakecoe Forum Newbie May 7, 2013 #1 im having a problem when i engage the cutter the engine boggs down and takes about 15 sec to build back up. PLus while cutter is engaged the hp of the mower will almost drag out and die what should i do to solve the problem anyone can help me
