Attachments Craftsman DLT 3000

Hello all, I have a Craftsman DLT 3000 917.273460 and I am interested in buying a snow blower 842.240510 and wanted to know if it is compatible or if there are any issues with this model of snow blower?
I have both manuals that I have downloaded from online, but neither of them say anything about model numbers they are compatible with. If you need any additional information please let me know.

Just to let everyone know or anyone that might have the same question, YES it does fit and it does work. As a side note, I would recommend the 2 stage snow blower and not the single stage.
