Craftsman Backpack Leafblower

I have a Craftsman Backpack Leafblower 4 cycle engine. I can start and it will idle but when I move it to run it loses power. I replaced the carburetor, spark plug and spark arrestor screen looks fine. What else could the problem be? Looking for suggestions and advice. Thank you
 
It is running lean, if not from the carb, it could be fuel starved from a cracked fuel line, clogged fuel filter, a leaky intake manifold, or blown seal.
