Hey folks, I inherited a low hour older craftsman lawn tractor and I got it running no issues, however, there's no hitch?

I checked the manual and can't find it, I've googled like mad, and nothing for sure but many maybes.

There seems to be 4 threaded holes near the rear where a hitch SHOULD go, but I'm almost at the point I want to just fabricate something.

If you guys could point me in the right direction so I don't have to make my own, that would be amazing.

Many thanks in advance

Dreng, those tractors did not have a hitch available. Also, those transaxles weren’t designed to tow a lot so be careful.

Chris, it’s frowned upon to hijack someone else’s thread. Please start a new thread which will include all unit and engine numbers.

Thank you, Rivets.

I enlarged this hole and used a big bolt and 2 nuts to create an upward-pointing "stud", and loop an eyescrew on a wagon handle onto that.
