craftsman 4 stroke weed trimmer

OK... so I have this problem where trimmer will run at full choke only. I installed a carb kit same problem. Then I replaced carb, same problem!! How can that be? Bulb has fuel so what next? Please help....

Try changing the fuel filter. I have seen more than one be clogged on various brands and models. The fuel pump diaphragm can't pull fuel through the filter. Will be impossible if not very hard to blow air through the filter.

Anything clogging the drain hole on bottom of fuel tank where fuel line connects?

You have a leak somewhere. Something is loose. Or warped. Or cracked.

Thanks, one more thing to check when I pull the cover this evening.
