WOW..you are 2 steps ahead of me! First off....our season didn't finish yet, and second, I didn't get my mower ready for next season yet! I looked at your Country Clipper in your album...it is nice! How do you like the joystick steering?

Hi lawn mower fanatic

We like the joy stick it is touchy in the movement in the joy stick you don't want to move it very far or very fast or it will through you around mower and all. It takes a little bit to get used to using it, wish it had more play in it's movement of jurkey. Haven't had any trouble with it yet since 2007.:licking:

Noma which country clipper do you have? I used to have a Snapper with the joystick, and it was less sensitive than our country clipper. All in all, the Country Clipper is built much more like a commercial unit. I really like the joystick. The lapbars on conventional zero turns cause my shoulders to ache. Plus I can drive one handed!

I think Noma has the Jazee (at least that is what it says on her album cover...here is the pic from her album: http://www.lawnmowerforum.com/membe...r-jazee-picture258-country-clipper-jazee.html.

ahh thanks... yep it looks like a larger version of mine... I have a requirement to go through a 40 inch wide gate. I do miss my independant front suspension(for lack of a better description) that the snapper had (and the higher end country clippers have...) but all in all I have been extremely pleased with mine.

I know, it is a pain how you have to limit your mower width because of gates....they need to make a mower that can go over fences or something because then lawn care businesses would have 72 in. mowers at a minimum!:laughing:
