Can't find throttle cable for my craftsman Honda.

The part is 197740. Mower model is 917.371813. I've looked several places and even ordered a few that "should work". Can anyone please help or at least point me in the direction of a parts website that's worth a damn.

According to the IPL your unit does not have a throttle control, so no control cable. The part you ordered is the bail brake cable.

That is an engine brake cable and has been superseded 3X.
