Depending what all is missing you may not need all the following parts.
PN this FRONT LIFT ROD
PN 748-04069A DECK LIFT PIVOT CUP
PN 912-3048 HEX NUT
PN 712-3083 NYLON LOCK HEX NUT
PN 714-05005 BOW TIE COTTER PIN
Note the lift rod is currently on back order from MTD and some vendors are posting ridiculous prices for the under $15 part just to keep an ad up. Here is an example of this.
But can you local shops and they might have an used part laying around.
