Had a B&S brought to me today. Model 126102.

Found a piece of a broken intake valve guide was holding the valve open....... Have never replaced one before. Everything else looks pretty good. Looking at the manuals, I'm assuming I would need the special tools required to do this job?? Considering farming it out to a parts and repair shop I do business with. Is this a difficult job, etc.?? Opinions please. Thanks
