Depends on which rod is used. Some of the 460000 used the 420000 rods. #1 Cylinder is on the left when looking from the intake side.

Would Both Connecting Rods Be The Same Box Number ( Part Number ) For Piston One & Two ?

Would The Piston Be The Same For Cylinder 1 & 2 With The Difference Being On How The Connecting Rod Is Hooked Up ?
The Part Number On The Connecting Rod That Was Sent To Me Is 498314

Yes according the Std Rod is PN 498314 for both sides. And Yes both pistons are the same too, just make sure using same std or oversize pistons. Undersized rods are no longer available.
