Briggs and Stratton model 10J902 won't start

Hey all,

I just bought a used Mower off letgo and after mowing about 1/4 of my lawn it has stopped working on me, I have cleaned out the carb, put fresh gas, fresh oil, and replaced the spark plug and air filter. Everytime i pull it sputters as if it was going to start but just won't. I've exausted my internet resources and am searching for advice. Please Help! :frown:

have you removed the plug and grounded it against the engine to make sure you have spark.
