I have a Briggs and Stratton Model 2178020114E1 that is breaking the plastic pieces on the pull cord start assembly after 3 or 4 starts. Engine is very easy to start except for the plastic tabs breaking on the starter assy

When was the valves last adjusted? Looks like compression kickback damage.
