won"t crank all the way , only with spark plug out, valves adjusted. valves move a good amount and cranked, don"t think its the cam, unless the lever is broken.

The compression release may have failed, it is a common problem on that series. The replacement cam shaft is an improved design

I am looking to buy a camshaft I have read the aftermarket will not last either any suggests for a good camshaft . Thanks
