Firstly compression tester numbers mean very little on small engines.

viewed the video....
Tried starting per blower instructions...nothing
Did a squirt of carb cleaner in the carb....nothing
Removed the plug and tested by using motor body....nice blue / white spark (even bought a new plug)....
performed a compression test by removing the spark plug and pulling rope 3-5 times....held pressure at 105.
even followed some other troubleshooting by pouring a small amount of fuel directly in the cylinder (thimble full)...nothing.
If the piston, or piston ring were bad, would I still hold pressure?
Seems like there is not much left.....

If you did not get any response from gas directly down the plug hole, and I like to use a short shot of starter fluid myself.
You are looking at a module failure or a timing failure.
Spend a few dollars more and get an inline spark tester. check for a spark, with the plug in the engine.
The 3 prong ones are best but a simple flashing tube one will suffice.
A coil can throw a big fat spark in air and nothing inside the engine.
I just finished a Chineese fake 070 the module would happily throw a 3/4" spark outside the engine , but nothing whatsoever inside.
Other than that, the timing is controlled by a key cast into the flywheel which can break off and allow the timing to be out of sync with the piston.
