Blade Hight on Exmark Quest 42" Numbers on Blade adjustment aren't even close to the real height ?

I bought the mower in 2016 from a dealer and its always been this way. Its off by 1 1/4"
I don't see any way to adjust that much out of it. Any help would be appreciated
