I have a 1995 Walker Mower with 3 cyl. Kabota diesel. This month it started to act up. It would run fine for about 45 minutes then the rpms would slow to about half speed and sometimes would quit running. I cleaned out the fuel filter, which I had just replaced. That didn't help. Took to repair shop where it sat for 3 weeks. Finally got tired waiting and took it home. They said they looked at the electrical and all seemed ok. Charged me $30. Still no change and it is getting worse. Now it will run for only about 5 to 10 minutes and runs good till it starts acting up.

Did you ever find a solution?

I have a 2006 diesel that is doing the same thing. I replaced all the fuel parts except solenoid, that I can watch is working fine.

What can kill the diesel motor?

I assume that whatever feeds power to the fuel pump is the issue. Anyone have a wiring diagram?
