Hey all.Just a quick question about a Briggs & Stratton model 40H777
Type 0171 E1 Code 031023Y0. This mower has never charged the battery
since it was new. My father n law replaced batteries because he thought they
were bad. I checked the output from another mower and then this mower. It is
putting out zero voltage. Any help would be most appreciative. Thanks
