Hi Guys,
I'm having a problem with my Snapper RER M281019BE with Briggs Engine 28B707 1153-E1.
The battery started going dead after sitting for a few days. I'd charge it up and it would work for a while and then go dead again.
I finally bought a new battery but it started doing the same thing. I put my volt meter on the battery and got ~15volts when running so it
appears to be charging. I disconnected the hot from the battery and checked voltage between battery and hot lead and got ~.8volts.
I suppose this is a parasitic load that is running the battery down. I've heard about there being a diode somewhere that can go bad
and cause this? How to fix?
Thanks in advance

First check all ground straps & cables by hand making sure they are tight & secure, free from rust & corrosion.
Read through Operators Manual.
