I know, I really should. I was hesitant just because 1. The pipe is close to the blades, and 2. It has to be putting some stress on the debris guard!
I do want to make one, though! :licking:

The debris guard will be fine man! i dont think it will cause damage since its not hanging on the hinges. the guard sits on the ground so i think it will be fine. what kind of striper do you have on there now?

I don't have any stripers/rollers on their now. My Honda stripes pretty well without one, but I want to improve it.

I tried one a little bit ago, but it bounced to much (it was just something I made in like 10 mins). It needs to be a lot heavier and maybe a larger pipe (this is just a PVC pipe :thumbdown. http://www.lawnmowerforum.com/comme...11799-i-made-myself-lawn-striping-roller.html

wow. i thought you had something rigged on there without me seeing it! it does do a pretty nice job without any kind of striper.

Oh yeah that's true...it probably needs to be a stiff arm that can't move. Good idea! :thumbsup:

I would make one and put it on but i have no way to test it! theres no grass to mow!
