I bought a Badboy Maverick zero turn last year and have had very few problems with it. I jumped on it the other day and mowed one strip across my yard, made the turn to go back, and it died. It was low on fuel so I refilled it and it turned over, but wouldn't run. So I check the air filter and it was filthy so I cleaned it. While waiting for it to dry I put a shot of ether in the intake and tried starting and it fired. So that means it's getting air and fire. I went ahead and replaced the fuel filter, but it still wouldn't crank. Only a little over 100 hrs on it. Kohler 747cc V-Twin
So my questions are:
Is there a fuel inhibitor? Could a stopped up charcoal canister cause this?
Thanks
