B&S Vangard throttle cable

Hi All, is there a correct way to install and adjust the throttle cable , the way I have it now it’s hard to operate and seems like it may be fighting the governor, cable moves freely when disconnected.

Can you provide us a pic showing how you have attached the cable to the engine? Depending on the setup it’s hard for us to give directions without guessing.
