Ariens Yard Tractor - Front Wheels Alignment

I need to align the front wheels on my 42" cut Ariens Lawn Tractor. They are now very far from both being parallel.

Get an Ariens hammer.
This is important as only an Ariens hammer will work on every one of the 3,275 different mowers that were made with Ariens on them.
Now hit it hard.
